So Not Neutral: I wasn’t going to write anything today but then yesterday happened.  Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, well richest for now, who promised that he would keep Twitter politically neutral used his newly acquired megaphone to tell his 110 million followers to vote Republicans into the Senate and House, presumably to keep his tax rate down but also because he is who he is. And we know who that is because he also tweeted out a picture of a Nazi soldier. That’s Musk, who continues to blame woke liberals for his new acquisition’s loss of advertising revenue.  Not to be outdone, the Former Guy, who spent the day teasing that he would announce another run for the presidency at last night’s Ohio rally for Hillbilly guy JD Vance didn’t, but he did say that he would be making a bigly announcement on November 15.  Of course, he achieved his media objective as his big tease generated lots of that coverage that he’s so good at getting. Has the media learned nothing or is it just about revenues? Sadly, we know the answer to that. The FG also defended the attacks on Speaker Nancy Pelosi, calling her an animal. The normally stoic Pelosi, whose husband is home recuperating from having his skull fractured by an FG inspired loon, gave an interview where she had to pause several times to refrain from breaking into tears over her fears for her children, grandchildren, and husband, an indication of just how terrifyied she and all of us should be right now.

So Not a Hoax: As to today’s elections, as expected the Republican amplification squad, including Rudy Giuliani, yes, he’s still around, are already warning about them, all of them that they don’t win, being stolen and calling for the counting of votes to stop as soon as the polls close, their way of saying, don’t count any of those absentee ballots, well at least don’t count the blue ones.  By the way, remember how the Russian’s interfered in the 2020 election, the meddling that the FG continues to insist was nothing more than a Clinton inspired hoax.  Well yesterday, Yevgeny Prigozhin, the Russian oligarch also known as Putin’s chef, admitted that they had interfered in the election saying: “we interfered, we are interfering, and we will interfere.”  Prigozhin who controls the infamous “troll factory” that worked to influence the outcome of votes in the US and elsewhere bragged about how his election interference is precise, surgical, and ongoing.
